You and a friend Your friend and your trainer can motivate you to achieve your health and fitness goals. This will work best when you and your friend have similar goals and fitness levels. This also suits individuals who can't afford one on one. Boot Camp / Group Training (max. of 8 people) Body Sense run 5 week boot camps throughout the year. The sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm and involve high cardio exercises to help with weight loss and improve your cardiovascular fitness. If you enjoy training outdoors and in a group environment, this one is for you. Circuit / Boxing (max. of 6 people) Body Sense run 10 week circuit / boxing classes throughout the year. The sessions run every Saturday at 8:30 and 9:30am and involve high cardio exercises including boxing combinations to help with weight loss, toning and improve your cardiovascular fitness. If you enjoy training in a small group environment, this one is for you. Fit Mums (max. of 6 people) Body Sense run 5 week Fit Mums classes throughout the year. The sessions run every Monday and Thursday at 9:30am. These classes are specifically designed for mothers who are so busy raising their children and have neglected themselves. The classes give you the opportunity to do something for you and to help you feel good about yourself, be fit and vibrant!
